Windows 10 PC recommendations for Cubase 10?

We are considering getting a dedicated desktop PC purely for Cubase 10/music making. We’ve been on Cubase Elements 9.5 for a while on a gaming laptop with a Steinberg UR242, but we are considering getting Cubase 10 Pro. We don’t want to build a PC, ideally we’d get a prebuilt desktop. Money is an object.
