Following an update to Windows 10, eLicenser says it cannot find a license activation code for Dorico and when I enter the activation code I had on upgrade to Dorico 3.5 it tells me it is not valid.
Just run eLicenser as Administrator and problem sorted - but why does this happen?
It happens because big Windows updates interfere with some of the files that the eLIcenser relies upon for correct operation. I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused.
