Windows 10 version 1803 update issue

After update to Windows 10 version 1803, Cubase stopped to quit normally - always with an error “Cubase 9 has stopped working”
Cubase version 9.5.3


I would guess this is some permission issue after the update. Try to start eLCC application as an Administrator and trigger Maintenance. Try to start Cubase as Administrator. I’m not a Windows user, could you try something like automatic permission repair (on Mac it’s First Aid), if there is something like this on Windows?

If nothing helps, could you please share the crash dump file located in Documents/Steinberg/CrashDumps folder?
