I just opened up Cubase to start a new project and can no longer see video. The screen is black and just shows timecode. I verified that old projects no longer show video either. Can anyone replicate this?

the graphic hardware is handling the video display at the end…
Full screen or windowed - does not make a difference. The graphics card is an Nvidia Titan V. The other display is run by an RTX 2080 TI. Both displays/cards just show a black video. That said Cubase was able to show video on both displays with the same graphics cards - no changes there.

I suspect it’s a Windows update. Microsoft pushed out two updates since I last worked in Cubase.
