Because my pc isn’t on the internet a have an old version of Windows 10.
is it best to update to 1909 ?
Sometimes these updates cause more problems.

if you are not in the internet security isn’t as high a concern. No need to rush to update - although 1909 working fine here.

I would upgrade. The newer OS has been optimized to work better with CB and all DAWs.
