Windows reinstalled, now my licenses do not work anymore

I own Wavelab LE 11 and Cubase LE Elements 11. Before it worked. But now I reinstalled them with the assistant and elicencer. This time it says the license is already taken, I need at least Wavelab running. I tried to reactivate, but nothing worked.

Just reactivate your licenses, as described here.

I made it. I did not know you needed to copy the code from the elicenser. Now I understand.
