scalable tools, e.g. the symbol tools in score editor are mega large. other information might highlight and zoom in by mouse over, like in crowded inspector information
I’d love to have Ableton Link support
Plug-in view like in Luna Pro from Universal Audio
on left side and in the mixer console.
And more futures , plug-ins , vst , vsti for the guitarists
yes, to be given an option to have a seamless transport with a tiny fade stop/start without the risk of any pops would be really nice… “use fade transport” on/off
The option to show numbers for the insert and send slots in the channel and inspector.
When utilizing shortcuts to open/close inserts and the slots are stacked like 10 inserts or so that would be really handy.
FR: Key Command to invoke an ARA plugin on an audio part
Could we have the intelligibility meter write automation like the Loudness track?
Very similar to this : DialogCheck | NUGEN Audio
And update it for more languages please (incl. Dutch ) !
Specifically, click-and-drag ripple editing.
Importing MXF video into a project
I have been asking for ripple for years, it seems that it is simply not possible to implement. I can only hope one day it happens.
They’ve mentioned in other threads that they’re seriously considering it, but yes, it is a complex feature request for a variety of reasons. Other threads go into more details. But that shouldn’t stop us from requesting it, and I believe they will implement it eventually!
For me, click-and-drag ripple editing would round out my workflows in Nuendo perfectly, it would be so good and I’d be so happy, I might not know what to do with myself.
Ripple editing … as always.
Single track, multiple track up and down the timeline, on trim actions too
Select audio, click on No Extension in the info line, choose ARA plugin.
I’d love to have the ability to choose whether a key command is global or focus-dependant.
There are many shortcuts that I never use outside of one specific context but that I needlessly need to click on a different zone for them to work.
I know some of them need to be focus-related, cause the same function either applies to one zone or another zone depening on what’s selected.
But just one example, I need to click on the project window to have “make extension permanent” shortcut work, instead of just doing it without leaving the lower-zone editor focus, so thats hundreds if not thousands of unnecessary clicks a day.
Yes, but key commands can save so much time. When I am doing dialog editing and want to use Auto Align Post 2, it is so time consuming to go to ‘Extension’.
Split Channels…
Add option to ‘Splitting Options’:
Split channels to new tracks
The ability to RENDER MONO AUDIO FILES DIRECTLY from MIDI tracks!!! Stereo default is fine but give us the option to select mono rendered exports. We’ve been asking for this for a decade now.
Batch export with different saved solo states for stems export.
I wish I could just solo a bunch of tracks, name that export. Solo some other tracks, name. Repeat repeat repeat. And THEN Batch export. Even if projects are setup deliberately for stems export, things happen on the way, clients suddenly needs something else etc. This would be a HUGE time saver for me at the end of most projects.
I don’t need the saved solo states to be recallable forever. A “stupid” special export state where I can’t touch anything else until I’m done would work…
Please!
Best regards,
Johannes
My workaround now is to global copy the whole timeline to as many stems I need. Make cycle markers and unmute what I need for each stem. It works, but it is clumsy and messes up the project for future work…
Can you explain with an example or use case? I don’t understand see why you would need some tracks to be solo’ed consistenly and not have them assigned to a group. Orcreate multiple stems via direct out and export that?
