I recently bought this audio interface, from the beginning i could not barely hear any of the vocals of the songs, at first i though it was normal but now i’m starting to think that the interface may have some problems. i deleted and reinstalled the drivers (updated) i have win 10, but nothing changed. I went to the interface options and properties but everything seems alright. What should i do, cause i can’t even hear a song on youtube with my headphones now. Please help me
