Within Cubase Elements 10.5 I can open a wave file in wavelab10Pro, but it won't play

The ‘Öpen in Wavelab’ option is great, but when I try to play or edit the file, nothing happens. I’m pretty sure it’s something to do with Cubase not releasing the audio driver to Wavelab, but I don’t know where to look. I can find the option to ‘Release audio driver when in background’ in Wavelab, but not a corresponding option in Cubase. I’ve tried searching the forums but not found an answer.

Thanks guys. I found the option to release when in background just under the select ASIO driver option.
