# WL4 with XP - reinstall Windows without WL disc

Hi all!

I’m running a 100% legal copy of WL4 on my WinXP laptop and I have no wish to upgrade. I do, however, need to reinstall WinXP… It’s been running for many years and it’s getting bloated. I have recently moved country and most of my stuff, unfortunately including my WL disc, is on the other side of the Atlantic.

Is there any way to reinstall WL after the reinsallation of XP even without the disc?

I can provide my WL serial number to prove it’s legal. I am a registered user of Nuendo 3 if that could help prove my identity.
