I’m having no luck with cubsis on andoid (tab s8 ultra) with the full version cubasis connectiong to my modx+ will not recognise any midi or audio part of it.

Lots of users on both iOS and Android have difficulties integrating some midi devices to Cubasis3 - me included.
So, here is a great solution. There is a free app called Midi Wrench which is described as a Swiss Army knife for midi, this app is available for both iOS and Android.
Basically it will monitor all midi activity between your devices, but most importantly it acts as an internal interface that ensures midi connections between your devices.

Yep, doesn’t work with android 13
I’m sorry I could not help you with your issue, usually midi wrench put lots of things right with midi.
Hopefully you will get it sorted.
