Workflow lay-out overview (keeping bar length without notes)

Hello Everyone, I wish you all a happy and healthy 2025. I have Dorico Elements 5. Attached is a screenshot of what I want to do and make a template of it. What I want is to be able to delete the entered notes and so keep the overview as it is now. The 4. bars measures in a system stays the same length without inserted notes. For me this is ideal as a workflow and overview due to my
visually impaired vision.

I know that in Elements, you cannot edit page template sets or create new ones. i’ll keep this piece as a starting point. I hope I’ve expressed my question in the right way, enough to describe what I’m trying to do here.

Did I well to apply a lock frame to the 1st group of 3 pianos as well as a lock frame to the second group of three piano’s? This way when I play something in one of the parts the rest stays as a group and follows the played system.

How do I ensure that each sheet remains the same with two groups of 3 pianos on 1 sheet without having to apply a lock frame or make in to frame every time? Thanks in advance for taking the time to learn. With kind musical regards

To keep the bars spread out, you could set a fixed casting off of 4 bars per system, and optionally a fixed number of systems per frame (here, that would be 2 systems per frame).

Allocating bars to systems and systems to pages doesn’t necessarily need page templates

Hi Lillie in the lay-out options a selected in casting of section is fixed to numbers of 4 bars 4. Fixed numbers of system per frame 3. The inserted notes i did is to have a first page that stay’s as it is. But I want it to look like this but without the inserted notes for good measuring if this make sense. Should I ask my question in another way? Thanks again. Y

What I ask is kind of scale number of systems by by bar length? I think
