Working on projects on ipad and desktop apps

Hi all, just purchased dorico for iPad, as it’s $70 today instead of the usual $150!

Since I work across multiple workstations, I have my dorico files housed on box, and have the box app installed on all the workstations I use, including my iPad.

I was able to open a score from the box app on the iPad and make some minor adjustments easily this morning. However, the documentation says that it saves the file locally in the iPad files, or you can change it to your iCloud drive.

Is there a way to set up the app to save the file to its original location?

Thanks

Provided the Box app supports “open in place”, you should find that you can open the file from Box and then save it back there, and the changes will propagate to the cloud.

Ok, it seems to work just fine.

I was confused, partially because I couldn’t find the “save” function in the iPad app, but it seems it just autosave any changes you make.

Very useful to be able to open the iPad app and make quick changes on the go!

Thanks!
