I’m trying to replicate a worksheet, a portion of which is shown here. I’ve managed to do the whole thing using a separate flow for each part, but I can’t seem to figure out how to create the completely blank staff (second from bottom). How can I do this?
You have to perform some steps to hide things:

Hide the clef: Change the clef to an invisible clef (in uncommon clefs).

Hide the barline, either with a tick barline (and adjust the tick to disappear in the properties of Engrave Mode) or a dashed barline (and setting the dash length to 0 in Engrave Options > Barlines)

Just hiding the rest is not a solution, you have to scale the rest to 1%. Or hide rests in all bars globally in Layout Options > Players.
