Looked in manual, searched forum and watched 4 youtube tuts - but did not find answer to this.
And gather project ones can have more project specific stuff in there that global cannot have.
Since they have an Organizer of workspaces - it could have checkboxes what so save - and one set for global and project scoped workspaces.
And at the same time would explain what is included in a workspace.
Are there any good readups/tuts on this?
Otherwise seems you have to experiment. Saw in one tut that an active workspace that is changed get a start-marked menu, so go through and change one thing and see if that changes or not.
Good to know what parts are expected to change if start using workspaces, and things with timebases on rulers transport bars etc.
