Wouldn't it be possible to write 5 6 and 7 in st of 5:4 6:4 7:4? in pitch before duration

couldn’t it be possible to presume that a single 5+enter in the tuplet popup means 5:4 ?
Because for absolutely most of the time it does is 5:4…
As well as for 6 (6:4) and 7 (7:4) ?
Even 4:3 could be considered.

And then when you Do have a 5:3 you write the whole proportion.
Or 7:6.

Couldn’t it be considered ? We don’t loose any fonctionality. When the odd cases arrive we just precise them.

For the rest we gain a lot of hand movements and key hitting.

It’s like || for double, ca for c clef alto and all the other shorthands.

ok,
but I’m in pitch before duration.
I can determine the size of the tuplet element 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 by the first duration I put but I can’t get something from just a 5 6 or 7 in the popup.
in pitch before duration…
