I just have to take a moment here to- once again- give kudos to the Dorico team. I’ve compised several scores with Dorico abd appreciate the relative ease with which I can use VST instrments like BBC Core and Synchron Prime. I am now working on my first jazz score in Dorico- using the NYC Dorico jazz template.
I was shocked to discover how easy it is to enter chords in Dorico- even chords like EbMaj9 and Abmaj7/Bb with no tweaking necessary; even a cinch to place them on offbeats and pushes. Easier than Band in a Box! Thank you Dorico team for making such an essential feature so “Gary-proof!” It was actually kind of fun.
