I am trying to write a little bit of piano and have a part where I want to play a whole note on the top voice and under that I want to write an eighth note run.
Problem is, in Dorico, instead of just having a whole note in the top voice it then starts to split and ties the top voice. It just makes it harder to read.
Does anyone know how I can write 2 voices in one clef and separate the lines?
