(Wrong forum) Loading new sounds/loops

Hi folks,
Using Steinberg Assistant I downloaded a bunch of new stuff. I got a notice that I could download and install HALion Sonic SE 3 and noticed under Sounds and Loops about 10 sound/loops I wanted. The version of Cubase I bought, 12 Elements came with 16 packs (under Loops & Samples) most of much were drum loops. Search thru for vocals (for a class I was following on YouTube) I found 3, none of which were even close to the concepts that were being taught. So when I saw all these libraries? under Sounds & Loops on the Steinberg Assistant. I downloaded them as well as a few Groove Agent Drum Kits and Styles. But when I start Cubase I see NONE of the content I downloaded. It’s all sitting on my hard drive but I can’t figure out how to get Cubase to see them of where the Cubases libraries even are. Am I limited by only having Elements?

WOW, nevermind! I guess I have to BUY some of these sounds but finding out where to buy what is another challenge
