Wrong pattern played with pattern import

Greetings Everyone,
I just purchased Groove Agent 4.I performed a drag and drop of a pattern into Cubase 8 Pro. Loaded the drum map for
that kit. When I start playback it plays a different pattern. Does this have something to do with which midi note # = C1?
If it does, how do I change it?

For those viewing my post…I didn’t have the midi icon clicked in the lower left corner in the pad section
