Just tried the export to xml function of Dorico and opened the result in Sibelius. It seems that this function is not yet fully implemented: no title, no composer, no articualtion and missing some dynamics?
It is certainly true that MusicXML export from Dorico is at a fairly rudimentary stage, yes. We have a lot of work to do to improve the MusicXML export functionality in future as the application develops.
