Any way of importing XML not messing with an existing flow, as in the second example? I have all import settings un-ticked.
Thanks, robert

Impossible to tell whatâs going on without seeing the document. Are these two separate instrument staves, or a grand staff? Has the import added players between them?
Thanks a lot, Yes these are two separate staves. I tried both âcreate all new playersâ and âmerge with existing players when possibleâ.

Basically, you need to sort your Player and instrument setup. Youâve got âRecorder 1â and âRecorder 2â in Flow 1, but changed to Organ and Jazz Guitar instruments; and Flow 2 has added 2 more.
I donât quite understand why the staves have moved around â even after deleting the ânewâ Players from Flow 2. But having 115% fulness on the first page probably isnât helping.
Ah â the Text items seem to be affecting things. If I select them all and then uncheck the âAvoid Collisionsâ property, that seems to help.
What a great help, THANKSâŚ. Indeed it was the changing of player order, and names that was causing trouble. I have quite a few more to import, so in order to have this happen again, I reverted the order and names of the players to their original ones. After I worked on all importsâ, I can change them to how I want them.
Kind regards, robert
