Hi. Updated Cubase to 14.0.40. Now the Xtouch one is not working. In Cubase it says conneted. Please advice

How is it integrated on your side? Do you use the MIDI Remote or another way?

Hi Martin.

I send your foto’s how connected. The Arturia keyboard works ok,as controller (keys and start/stop/rec, rw, ff)

The X-touch one is active in windows . Cubase is seeing that’s there but it is not working.

Do you have a solution or how can I roll back before the update.

Hi,

This might be caused by fixing the disconnection issue in Cubase.

I would ask in the MIDI Remote thread, where you have the MIDI Remote script from.

Hi Martin.

I found a solution in the internet

  • Open Task Manager → Details tab.
  • Find the process UAMixerEngineHelper.exe.
  • Right–click on it and select Open file location.
  • This will show you the exact folder path (it can vary by system).- Move the file to a temporary folder or rename it (e.g. UAMixerEngineHelper.bak).
  • This prevents Windows from launching it automatically.- Reboot your computer.
  • Unplugged USB cable and plug them in
