I am using a Yamaha CC-1 with Cubase 15 on Windows 11. It worked great for 2 days but now no longer talks to Cubase.
I would be grateful if anyone who has had similar issues can offer some insight or troubleshooting tips. I have opened a support case with Yamaha.
The CC-1 is powered and illuminated (the OLED displays show the controls for Cubase). The Yamaha Control Centre is loaded and recognises the CC-1. The Control Centre says the CC-1 is “power full”, indicating it is happy with the power. However, the CC-1 does not communicate with Cubase at all.

Unplugging and plugging in CC-1 makes Windows prompt “Select what happens for removable drives”. Windows seems to think it is some sort of storage device (this is new).

In Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Devices the CC1 is listed as green (connected).

The CC-1 is connected to a powered USB hub using a USB-C to USB Type A convertor.
