Does anyone have the new Yamaha CC1? I’m missing the Select Ch Control Basic page from my device. I can only see this if I add a “demo” device. Is there anyway to reboot/factory reset this? Why would this go missing? Bought this to replace my old Steinberg CH, was hoping to combine the power of stream deck and these transport/channel features. Very frustrating.
When you open ControlCenter, do you see the unit (picture)?
If so, have you clicked with the mouse?

Hey Hansa, yes I see this. When I click it, I have every page under the profile list except the very top “SelectCh Control Basic” page. Not at my workstation in my studio right now, but imagine this screen shot, just missing the top page. Instead of 7 pages under my Cubase profile list, I only have 6.

I guess you have deleted the app and reinstalled?
I have received an answer from Yamaha Europe on my question regarding where we can get support: the question is forwarded to the team in Japan. I will keep you updated.

Yes ! Countless installs, reinstall. Deleted everything, even the cache files. Uninstalled the control center, no luck. Any idea why? Thanks!!!

Are you on Mac?
I can only find that the app is for Apple silicon. Is your Mac silicon or Intel?
My suggestions for Mac (if you have not done this earlier):
Disconnect the CC1.
Delete the app:
/Applications/ControlCenter.app
Delete folder:
‘/Library/Application Support/Yamaha/USBDriver’
Download a new installer @:
https://no.yamaha.com/no/audio/music-audio-production/products/controllers/cc1/support.html
Connect CC1.

I asked ChatGPT, and it said that several people have the same issue. But when I checked the reference… it pointed right back to THIS thread. So now I’m starting to wonder if the two of us are the only CC1 owners in the world.

Lol! No, I should’ve been clear - I’m on PC - Win 10 64 bit, latest.
Yep, I did that on windows, deleted all the folders/cache, even the install, went back to the Yamaha site downloaded a new zip.
This is maddening. I’m waiting to hear from Sweetwater and Yamaha, nothing yet!

I’ve been in touch with both Sweetwater and Yamaha directly and they have no idea what’s going on as of now. Apparently their engineers were in disbelief until I shared a screen shot which is equally alarming.
I’d steer clear of this unit until there’s a software update.
It looks like this device came straight out of the Big Bang — nobody understands a thing…
