I have failed to figure out why I am unable to record drums via midi but can see midi input in midi activity window. I am new to Cubase and am at at loss to where my setup is wrong. Any help is appreciated.

More info would be appreciated. What have you tried already? What do you have in your project? Where do you want to record the data? Do you want to use a MIDI track and send the MIDI data to any hardware? Or do you want to use an Instrument track and use any internal virtual Instrument (Groove Agent SE)? Is one of this track created? Is Record Enabled on the track? Can you see an incoming MIDI signal or outgoing Audio on the track?
