Yet more thick double bar

Dear me. I want to set the wonderful song Daisy Bell (1892) in an authentic looking late 19C, nostalgic, manner. And it has thick double bars for a new section and the ending.

Given that this is one of the most popular songs of all time it is difficult to raise the objection that thick double bars are not familiar notation.

Although I have raised this many times, I add this as yet another example where it would be great to have. In fact, I fail to understand this restriction in Dorico.

I know there is a hack to workaround, and while it will work here,. there are lots of cases with grace notes before barlines and suchlike where it does not work satisfactorily.

Please Mr Steinberg please! Give me your answer do!

All I can say is that this remains on our backlog as something we plan to implement in future.
