Ha Ha Sherz! One thing I’m sure of is that every generation had the best music, without exception! I’m playing in two different rock bands covering mostly 70’s and 80’s music. Why? It’s better to keep playing than not! Good for the brain cells. Old musicians almost always keep their marbles.

Nobody ever cared for my original music all that much, but if you play in a bar covering Grateful Dead, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Neil Young, CSNY, Led Zeppelin, Allman Brothers, Pink Floyd, Steely Dan, etc., you get a big happy crowd! Buying drinks! Making the bar owners money! Turns out if you play current music, the audience just goes outside and smokes pot.

Thanks for posting! Loved it!

Cheers mate! :sunglasses:
I don’t play much at all these days to be honest, my wee band disbanded not long before covid arrived and I haven’t stood on a stage since. The only playing I do now is when I producing something for someone else of just whenever I feel inclined to knock out new tune of my own - which isn’t that often these days. :sunglasses:

“Nobody ever cared for my original music all that much”. Likewise - minimal views on YT and little to no streams elsewhere! :face_with_monocle:
