Zoom line DETACHES from mouse when zooming/navigating

I had Cubase 7. Recently upgraded to Cubase 11.

Suddenly, when I zoom when mouse on timeline, the marker DETACHES from the mouse.
It’s SUPER annoying.

Apparently this has been a problem since Cubase 8, but I have not upgraded since 7 so I was unaware of this issue.
