When impress Z key I see the cubase zoom out all the tracks and zoom in the selected one.
This is a great feature I love it.
My only issue is that I would like to have all the tracks less zoomed out.
Is it possible to change this setting ?

Use Enlarge Selected Track instead.
The problem is that I don’t want to enlarge a track, I want all the tracks zoomed out when I press Z slightly bigger then what they are by default.
