Zoom R8 "No Driver"

Hi, I have just done a couple of recordings into Audacity and then tried Cubase. It shows Zoom R8 as an ASIO option but when I click it says “No Driver”. I reinstalled the driver and restarted the computer - still nothing. Any ideas?

Thanks, I have unplugged it after trying asio4all and put it on one side now
