Born into a family of musicians, with a humble beginning on Ottawa stages as a guitarist. Several university years followed - some of them under the guidance of Canadian composer Robert Fleming working at the National Film Board of Canada (NFB) - which culminated in research in musicology and musical semiology at the Université de Montréal.

After a career in computer engineering and software development and the beginning of retirement, I’m returning to music, to the pleasure of orchestral writing, wildlife photography and astrophotography.
