As a novice composer for symphony orchestras, I am revisiting the basics of orchestration 40 years after abandoning them.

My goal is to create models for symphony orchestras,

then add contemporary sounds,

and finally add sound spatialization, as Xenakis did 40 years ago. The good news about our era is that we can produce models that are already very sophisticated.

The bad news is that you have to learn a lot of techniques to produce something of quality.
