Hi there, My name is Gerrit, 66 years old. Somewhere in the eighties I used Steinberg PRO24 in conjunction with a ATARI 1040 ST . That was a fun hobby especially because I can’t play piano/synth. The hobby was forgotten, and now having more time I studied many youtube video’s on music production (Dom Sigalas Hero!!) and took the step to order Cubase 13 PRO Anniversary edition . Well I have lots of problems to overcome, output problems. At first Cubase worked, but youtube went dead. Today I had both working but I introduced my new JBL wireless headset, connected to the PC with Bluetooth and there we go again. Youtube OK on my JBL, but no Cubase. I loaded the Dom Sigalas demo, but after two hours of searching and trying I give up for now. Any way, I love making music, Epic music is my thing. Vangelis, Hans Zimmer, Olexandr Ignatov, Kayak and many more.

My background is Shipbuilding engeneer but in 1984 I switched to PC’s (yep, worked with MS-DOS). Swithed to producing video’s for local TV, did some photography as wel. Music production will be the third creative direction for me. Married, two sons.
