[1.4.12] incorrect measurement display

Sometimes the measurement display is wrong.

… can you create an empty project with that setting? I guess it’s a combination with tempo, signature and the zoom level in the TRACKS. It would be very helpful.

@Spork attached the empty project. Here the wrong measurement is 39.4 instead of 40.1, also at 55.4, 80.4 etc.

Tempo here is 136, Zoom level independent
