10.0.50 update, corrupt files on steinberg server?

Hi peoples, over the last few months I have tried multiple times to download the 10.0.50 update for Cubase Pro 10. Each time I have been met with a checksum error, or a corrupt file message, after I start to run the installer. This happens both with Steinberg Download Assistant, or by downloading direct from the Steinberg site. I’ve tried different times of the day/night, many many times over many weeks.

is it really possible that Steinberg’s own files are corrupt?

no. I have downloaded the update and the full install twice, they work. try downloading to a different disc or use a different computer
