10.5.12: Mac Users CPU Spikes / Freezing

Hi Folks,

are any of you running 10.5.12 without CPU spiking issues/GUI freezes? I’ve had varying degrees of success, but ultimately CPU spiking always kicks in, sometimes after days of working on a project without problems.

I’ve had to revert back to Cubase 10, which runs 24/7 without problems. Many of my fellow Cubase users are also unable to use 10.5 on Mac, so curious about success among the forum?

Yeah I’m getting heavy CPU usage on 10.5.12 as well. The best version for me was Cubase 10.0.40 by memory. Still hoping they’re trying to resolve it.
