10.5 not importing .mov

Hi,

I just upgraded to 10.5 and can’t import a .mov file which is very frustrating. (I go to drag it in the session and it won’t let me drop also when I go to import video and select the video to import it still won’t import).

Please help. Thanks!!

I’m having similar issues. I recently did a clean install of Cubase 10.5.30 Build 365 onto Win 10 Version 2004 and I can neither import MOV from my Kodak Z1275 nor can I import 3GP files from my no-plan Walmart Tracfone.

This isn’t a huge deal since audio/video sync is usually done in a third party product, but it’s frustrating when I want to take a music centric approach to AV content generation.

Seems this has been going on for a long time.

I’m sorry, it seems Kodak Z1275 is not using one of the supported codecs.
