[2.1.5] VSTL freezes when adding new part

Tried with existing project and new project.

Each time, I create a new part, VSTL freezes and I cannot do anything…

Presumably something is wrong with your default Layer.

First try preferences/Layers/No default Layer. Can you create a Part then?
Then add a Layer, presumably it will freeze again.

If you can, select any Part with a Layer and save that Layer as default Layer. From then on, you should be able to create a Layer that is to your liking and save that as default Layer again.

You may also define a different default Layer when you start VST Live in the hub. If all else fails, rename the “layers” folder until you can define a new default Layer.

Maybe something is wrong with licensing?

I resolved the issue by deleting the song and create a new one.
