i noticed that in a new project when i create song layer and stack, then create global layer and global stack, the channels in the mixer appear all light blue, not differentiating between song and global neither between stacks/layers …
What is the default color scheme? is also possible to add in preferences/colors the option to select colors for types of channels ?

Hi,
yes, on our list is to improve the user-color coding options. Meanwhile you could use the colors of the Connection to get a better color coding.
Here we have two Ports : “Local MIDI In” and “Global MIDI 1”. Both have different colours.
Now imagine a Global and a Local Layer and their different Inputs
And now let’s have a look to the Mixer.

Okey, now I understand the reasoning behind coloring a connection port, that could be useful.
But sometimes I use a connection both for global and song stack for example. A border line case.
Anyway, a way to set default channel color for global groups, song groups, outs, generic song stack/layer, generic global stack/layer in preferences/colors could be very useful!
I seems to remember that I’ve seen song sticks in light blue and global stacks in dark blue few time ago but now they appear all equal to me … ?!?
