2.2.17/18 actions out don't work for stacks,layers and global

I tried the new function of action out on my REMOTE STREAMDECK (ELGATO, with midi push/toogle value and two icons):

The issue is only for the out action towards remote, not for doing the action from remote to vstlive, that works fine.
While in Channel or in Transport, it works, and streamdeck (midi button simulate any control change with togle 0-127 value) in STACKS , LAYER , GLOBAL STACK does not work.

Tried with MUTE CHANNEL referred to first channel (=stack n 1) : if i change with the mouse, it change on my streamdeck button, and viceversa.

Same mute 1 stack on stack (with other cc assigned) , no out works as exepected.

On trasport, play/stop works fine (streamdeck have to icons, so iā€™m sure), while on stacks INSERT ON /OFF no change of status on streamdeck.

in short: all actions on channel and trasport are ok, STACKS, LAYERS, GLOBAL have an issue on midi out.
