[2.2.17] Cannot Enter Program Change “0” in Lower Zone Editor

Here’s another bug I encountered :

When editing a MIDI event on a MIDI track using the editor in the Lower Zone, it’s not possible to enter a Program Change value of “0”. The value is either ignored or reset when trying to confirm the entry.

Interestingly, this works without any issue in the MIDI List Editor, where a Program Change with value 0 can be entered and is accepted correctly.
