2 flows getting mixed up...

Not sure what is happening here, but the last bar of a flow appeared below the text that I had placed at the beginning of the next flow. My flows settings are set to Always start on New page.

This seems to happen every time I adjust the Space size settings in Layout Options.

I understand now what happens. The text frame stays on its spot and is unaffected by the Space size changes which makes sense. But because of that it is getting disconnected from the music it belongs to. Is there a way to avoid this?

No, text frames are anchored to the specific position on the specific page on which you create them. If you want the text to move with the music, then you need to input it as Shift+X text.
