So I have two mono eq’s that are the same. I want to use them as a stereo insert but I need to set the gain on each unit in cubase because they have slightly different output. They are warm audio eqp’s and don’t have a gain knob. Right now I have them set up as a left and right mono outputs and inputs. I have both set as insets in an audio track. Then I set the routing of each to left and right. I can also set the gain for each in the little window that pops up when u click on the insert tab.
So a few questions. One sort of off topic but do I need to click the delay compensation button on each insert or is it automatic?
And got the main question, am I doing this right or is here a better way to Set them up as one insert?
