See here for changing trill intervals (the interval you need to make that a B natural depends on whether that A is flattened/sharpened by a key signature?)

If you’re only experiencing it on some scores, then a diagnostic file probably wouldn’t help. It’s probably best to start by uploading a file and we’ll see if we can reproduce. Then we might need your diagnostic file/playback template.

It only appears because of the B naturals in the previous bar (it is a cautionary). You can hide it in the trill properties…
