[3.0.1] - Lyrics color of track/text, and active line color

Hi, just to point out a couple of things:

• New project , color of active line not working. Old project is working, but if you move the clip in track view, than active line is shifted wrong.

• Lyrics view 1..to 5 - Which one is the view that is showed in main lyric Tab? not clear it seems none of the 5 new lyric views.

• Color buttons in edit are all linked to the main liric view. Then, normal color button not working, only if you change track color in track view, sometimes it works.

The 6 Lyric Monitors can not solve your wish? One Monitor (Track #1) to the left Side and the another Monitor (Track #2) to the right?

Yes can be done but not every song have multiple lyrics, in fact only few, and is not convenient to have only half teleprompter for the main lyrics for the rest of the show, and no time during performance to change main lyric to full screen and back to half screen etc etc.

It’s just a detail, no worries if not possible.

… VST Live has six new Lyrics Monitors. If you want to show (break-out) Lyric-Monitor, you would use the Break-Out Control.

Maybe it’s a good idea to add the Main-Monitor to the main-menu, too? Something like this?

• active line color all problems solved!! Even moving the clip! All solved
• Main text color, still buggy between changing color from track color and/or from small color selector in lyric monitors
• i suggest that given the track colors, and different track can have different colors, I would remove completely the main color selector from the lyrics monitors. Simply changing the assigned track in lyrics monitors should assign the selected track color to the text. I would only allow color change from lyric track color and reflect this color in lyric view.
• Lyric clip split in track view: I would expect it working like other clips like audio midi or automation. When you cut a clip in two halves, then move or delete the second half, you can expand back the first half dragging the right manipulator and find the data. In lyrics clips, if you cut and delete the second half, then try to expand dragging the right manipulator, there aren’t any text , you completely lost the data.

Solving that should completely fix lyrics manipulation.
