I have a 2/32 bar and it is flagging the two 32nds and I need them beamed. I can’t find anything in the properties tab or anywhere else to fix this.

You can select the notes, then right-click>beaming>beam together.
(Beaming is not in properties)

Dorico will beam them together with factory settings. If you have this setting in Notation Options > Beam Grouping, then they will be separated.
As @Janus notes, you can beam them together by hand if needed.
