6.03 update will not allow me to update

Hello,

When I try to update my Cubase 6.02, I get an error saying “Crc mismatched”. Has anyone else experienced this?

Not personally, but it sounds to me like the download is corrupted, try downloading again. If you’re using an FTP tool switch it to binary mode not ascii or automatic.

I originally re-downloaded the file three times and it didn’t work but when I downloaded it using my laptop the problem was fixed. Thanks for your help.
