It’s been a long time I want to clear that up :
Do you actually see a difference between an open project open in 32 bits and 64 bits mode?
I have a project full of native instruments plugins and vstis and when I open the project in 64 bits that doesn’t get a better vst performance bar…
I’m I alone ? 
It should not, 64bit can address more memory, preventing you from running out of memory. Performance should be the same.

Correct, if you use 32-bit plug-ins in 32-bit Cubase and 64-bit plug-ins in 64-bit Cubase, the Performance should be the same. If you use 32-bit plug-ins in 64-bit Cubase, the Performance should be higher because of the VST Bridge, which is running then.
