Hi all,
I have just upgraded from Cubase 7.5 to Cubase 8 and completed a successful installation.
Following on from that I decided continue and install the 8.05 update and thus achieve the most current system in one go.
However the 8.05 update is giving me grief! It downloads ok but when I try to install it it tells me that it requires 13GB of hard disc space! That is the same amount of space that the initial Cubase 8 required and it doesn’t seem right. I do not want to let it go ahead because I suspect that it will just do a complete install again and that seems unnecessary.
I would expect the 8.05 update to be a much smaller size.
If anyone can shed any light on this situation I would appreciate it.
